RE: REV. CAROL COX’S WAY FOR KOREAN CHURCH MEETING
This information is to help the members to understand the past misguided ministry by the superintendents in violation of the church rules
(Bk Disc. Sec 519. 1996), and should make a spiritual reform in honor of this historic church.

(The report based upon “Minutes of the Church Charge Conference, November 18, 2001” Translated from the Korean text)
On November 18, 2001, there was the Administrative Board Meeting of the church. Young Kim, Steve H. Park, Sei Chun, assistant pastor Yoon Jae Chang, Union Seminary student, and others prepared a petition, especially planned, to expel me from the church membership.
Now Rev. Yoon-Jae Chang is Professor of Christian Studies and Systematic Theology at the Ewha Institute for Women's Theological Studies, a nondenominational institute affiliated with Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, Korea. Dr. Chang is a Ph. D., a scholar and an important church leader of South Korea. It is hopped Dr. Chang found Jesus by now, but not a Korean Jesus.
According to information, Young Kim, Pastor Yoon Jae Chang and others treated lunches for the unemployed Korean youths on the street to mobilize them to come to vote for the petition at the church meeting.
Thereby they intended to win the three fake lawsuits against our family and to send me and my beloved son to jail as attempted mass murderers.
In order to torture our family they demanded $8,000,000 damages from us for the lawsuits. The petition was to strength their mob position to win the lawsuits.
At the meeting, there were 120 people, higher number than a usual number at the meeting;
The Superintendent Cox offered the opening prayer for the meeting. Mr. Chan Jung Park from Connecticut District served as the interpreter for the proceedings.
NAME TAGS
The staff prepared the name tags for the qualified voters to avoid disqualified ones among the members.
But ADB chairman, Shin Young Soo, brother in law of Elder Dr. Young Bin Choo, Kim Young So and others opposed the name tagging.
Their reason was that the name tag posting was not approved at the meeting in advance;

But the Superintendent Rev. Carol Cox said those who think themselves were qualified voters, vote first and then, if not registered, ask the clerk to register. Rev. Cox revealed her ignorance again on the church rules as the superintendent.
Thus this election allowed the unqualified voters to vote for the decision making to expel their enemy at the meeting. This was a kind of mob rule and mob actions by the so called Christians in this historic Korean Methodist Church and Institute.
According to the church rules, only qualified voter could vote for decision making in the church that is the basic parliamentary rules of the church.
What the superintendent said was not proper. For Rev. Cox did not seem to understand how a person could become a church member through a confirmation, the baptism, training, etc.
But just a registration alone does not qualify anyone to be a voting member.
She did not know if any church member was not registered according to the church rule; he or shi is not a church member and has no voting right.
According to the church rules, she should have had the accurate formal membership list from the pastor for the conference (Bk Dis. Sect 232, 1996)
PETITION TO EXPEL CHAE SONE
FROM THE CHURCH MEMBERSHIP.
Dr. Chung Shick Kim, Korea trained, read the prepared the petition to expel Chae Sone from the church membership at this meeting. But he said that he disagreed with the fact that the church is paying the legal fees for their lawsuits against Chae Sone.

About two months earlier, on Sept. 17, 2001, Elders Dr, Chung Shik Kim, Dr. Young Bin Choo and Hyung Joong Kim met with fake Columbia MBA Steve H. Park and fake MD Young So Kim to discuss about how to avoid the possible jail terms for the three fraudulent lawsuits if they were on the trials.
But elder Dr. Chung Shik Kim read the petition to expel me from the church. For the wise elders thought expelling me from the church, the dishonest plaintiffs could avoid the jail terms. Aren’t they crooked Christian smartest too?
CHURCH RULES PROHIBIT PRIVATE LAWSUIT
The Superintendent said there is insurance to cover such legal costs. There should be no lawsuits with personal expenses. She did not know the insurance does not cover the private fake lawsuits or the church should not pay any fees for them as in the false cases against the innocent members.
Consequently her ignorance and malice aided the lawsuits by Young Kim, Steve H. Park and others to continue. (Book Dis. 2509, 2310, 1996).
How as a responsible Christian clergy she could allow them the fake lawsuits against us including the mass murder case?
When the super heard the reading of the petition which was prepared by Steve H. Park, Young Kim and others, she said there is a rule to expel certain members with a cause. But the lawsuits cannot be a condition to be expelled. She rejected the agenda Item No. 2 that is the petition to expel me as it was against the church rules.
COMMENTS
In a close examination of the church rules and Christian principles, the superintendent was absolutely wrong, 1). If she knew the attempted mass murders, she should have called the police. 2) She should have to expel the liars who falsely accused the innocents as murderers in order to steal the church money in the violations of the church and Christian principles. 3) Rev. Cox as the super violated all the church rules and Christian rules and she should resign or to be expelled by the authority, unless the church members misinformed her or she blindly joined them as she was bribed and unconfident for her moral role as the church leader.
The facts indicate she is basically malicious person to nurture the corruptions against our faith in the church with Rev. Won Tae Cha group to date.
I have written this report as my mission is to reform that the church spiritually needs the help of the brave Christian warriors for the rescue of Korean Methodist Church and Institute.

FN: Rev. Noel N. Chin no reply for murder charges 2005
In 2005, I wrote to Rev. Noel N. Chin,
Superintendent, demanding his answer why the church had to pay Park’s legal fees for the false mass murder case against me and my beloved son and why the church paid the legal fees for dishonest Park and other cases. He never answered.
When Rev. Chin reported to the meeting that
He and the bishop E. Lyght discussed about my letter on Steve H. Park’s for the mass murder charges
that I and my son were going to kill him, his family, his lawyer and other church members.
But he did not tell what their findings were for the mass murder charges and other lawsuits.
But prejudicially said to the charge conference that “I was wrong too.” It was his defamation against us in violation of the Church rules and ethics.
(My only wrong was to stop the abuse of the church trust fund by Rev. Won Tae Cha and his group) Previously he said to the charge conference about me,” I was wrong too.” But Rev. Chin never responded to my questioning.
Furthermore, Rev. Chin once witnessed that the church members applauded that the Board of Trustee Chairman report that the trustee refused to pay Park’s legal fees because there was not documentary evidence of the church’s liabilities. He and the bishop silently took side with them against the church rules and morality.
At least they could have investigated the criminal mass murder charges.
Although I demanded him to answer about the issues, He just ignored, he did not answer.
This is the corrupt superintendent’s misconduct for the local church as Rev. Cox did. Like wise the bishop should have been more responsible for the church rules and morality.
Now Bishop Jeremiah J. Park as a chief pastor is on the same course, denying without disclosing who secretly deceived Judge F. Dana Winslow that the mass murder case was church related as real. (Bk Disc sec. 327)

SUPERINTENDENT REV. SAMUEL AGITATED VIOLENCE, ORDERING “CALL POLICE”, 12, 9, 2011.
In the evening, December 9th, 2011, there was the charge conference. There were about 30 members, mostly their peers – Church employees, their spouses and officers.
We welcome you as the new superintend to the Korean Methodist Church.
But, please let me remind you that
You unwisely caused a historic disturbance, inciting
riots against an innocent victim in violation of a clergy ethics and the church rules during the conference.
Following your fine presentation on
“What is your vision for your church?”
you asked anyone to comment on the topic.
When I asked to response, you gracefully granted me the floor.
In my vision statement, I mentioned about the building plan in around 1992 that the Columbia University was going to sell the attached building to us. As the Chairman of the Board I
established the generous deal with the Columbia Trustees.
But Rev. Cha’s group in jealousy unethically intervened without my knowledge causing the Columbia Trustees anger. Consequently the church lost the generous offer because of their hacking. Rev. Won Tae Cha seemed to have
keenly eyed more on the Building trust fund than the project.
Then he purged the elders and
other church officers with the help of fake MBA Steve H. Park, fake M.D. Young Kim CUNY
and falsely accused me embezzlement and they publicly
assaulted me in the church to establish their
political bases, adding the false mass murder charges against me and my beloved son.
Eventually she was hijacked by them in relation with the church financial abuses, etc.
In a few minutes I could have finished
a full story how they abused the trust fund since Rev. Won Tae Cha.
But you suddenly asked me to stop
my presentation as I began to reveal
the church scandals.
But I tried to continue to speak on my important vision
as I had the floor to speak on my vision according to the parliamentary rules.
WHY YOU CALL POLICE?
You seemed to have signal from someone in the crowd. Suddenly you loudly yield “to call police.”
But I tried to continue on my vision on our church
because the church members should know about the old church scandals. The police cannot do anything about
the church crimes, but the Superintendent could fix them.
as it is your church criminal problem
but no one. You examined the scandals. The police could not do anything as it was your job to resolve.
“How can you as the superintendent
and as the presiding officer use
such un Christian threatening vulgar words to insult your recognized legitimate speaker and your Christian faith.
As the representative of Bishop Jeremiah J. Park you acted disgracefully to the Episcopacy, and
to the Korean congregation.
You as superintendent improperly
ignored the church problems emailed to you.
You irrationally, unfaithfully took side with the mobs, causing the troubles to cover up the church corruptions
to protect a robber’s den. (Mt 21:13).
The trouble makers chanted “call police, call police …” in co-ordination as if some one prearranged.
.You had a good team of brainwashed.
One of the most disturbing among
them, besides the violent Dr. Wooh, Chairman of the pastoral Committee, was, your interpreter, Ms. Sung Sill Kim.
She knows very well all about the scandals. So I questioned her, “Why do you try to cove r up the scandals as you know very well?”
You made unwisely a big mistake asking to “call police.”
If you allowed me to present a few more minutes. You could have understood what was your job to clean up the church corruption. You are more properly authorized to clean up the church scandals than the police who could have arrested the guilty church members. Korean dummies will not be able upgrade the church morality from this garbage seats.
How long would you allow them abuse as Korean church mad dogs? Please consult with other superintendents if you unclear on the issues,

OPEN FORUM, AUDIT AND MORE
If you want really to receive Jesus in this Christmas season,
find out and resolved a quarter century old real church problems as follows:
1) Open a forum to find the items in the scandals, 2) Audit
the church financial records since the Rev. Won Tae Cha’s appointment and recover the stolen church money from the thieves. 2) Find out the NYS State Attorney’s discovery of $170,000 embezzled church money if it was recovered from the thieves 3) Investigate Rev. Chul Woo Chang’s active anti audit team. Why? 4) NYS Assistant Attorney General Nathan Courtney ordered former Chairman Hyun Joong Kim to recover the stolen church money. Why did he not do it?
5) Elder Rhim In Taeg revealed news (12/9/2011); the church submitted the financial records to the authority for investigation. Demand the authority to reveal their investigation. 6) Bishop Jeremiah J. Park should reveal who deceived Supreme Court Judge F. Dana Winslow that the CHURCH FINANCED false mass murder charges against me and beloved son was real and church related. How the bishop knew it. 7) According to the Bible and the church rules, Rev. Chul Woo Chang is paid for the false and hate ministry to cover up the scandals and he should return
his illegal salaries to the church.
8) Hopefully a faithful God fearing successor pastor could come to the church for a spiritual revival.
Group assaults or undue oppressions could not
Cover up the church corruptions.
Now you should understand that it is for you
to resolve the problem but mine.
GOLDEN OPPORTNITY TO RECEIVE JESUS
It is the golden opportunity for you
imperatively to demonstrate your faith in Christ
as the superintendent to restore law and order in this church and UMC whole.
